CONVERSATIONS IN THE GARDEN: Umbráfono II
The Spanish artist Enrique del Castillo recreates a sound garden of delights in his work Umbráfono II, a sound experience that introduces the viewer to the exhibition. Del Castillo creates soundscapes that connect us with the cultural context of Bosco. Thanks to an optical reader that plays a celluloid tape, we can enjoy electronically-based compositions inspired by the works of the Renaissance composers Josquin des Prez and Adrian Willaert.
